The video saw Wim Hof, a Dutch motivational speaker saying,?“Cold shower a day keeps the doctor away. What happens if you take a cold shower every day? The heart rate is gonna go down with 2030 beats a minute. 24 hours a day Cold Shower day.”?Responding to this, Doucette confirmed that this was far from the truth and wrote in the caption,?“LIES!!! A cold shower does not do this!”
