Bodybuilding prodigy Sam Sulek has taken the online fitness space by storm. The former diver changed sports, started bodybuilding, and crafted an insane physique at 21. Besides achieving a ripped physique at 21, Sulek’s relatable personality has also attracted a legion of young fans. The bodybuilder answered a hypothetical question about being limited to only 10 exercises.

The fitness influencer picked the top 10 exercises he would continue doing for the rest of his life. Sam Sulek only picked the essential exercises. The bodybuilding enthusiast concluded he would still put on a lot of muscle despite being limited to just 10 movements. Despite the limitation, Sulek’s recommendations covered all the bases.

The bodybuilding prodigy said the first exercise on his list would be the inclined bench press. The 21-year-old’s second pick was lateral raises for the deltoids (shoulders), followed by reverse lateral raises. Regular pull-downs for the lats were fourth on the list. Sulek’s fifth pick was another one of his favorites, cable rows.

Number six on the fitness influencer’s list was the seated hamstring curl, followed by leg extensions for the quads. Sam Sulek then chose alternating dumbbell curls for the biceps. For the triceps, the fitness fanatic chose straight push-downs. The final exercise on Sulek’s list was the cardio bike. “If I had those 10, I would still get pretty freaky,” said the bodybuilder.

Despite the 10-exercise limit, Sam Sulek’s list didn’t ignore the basics. His list contained at least one exercise for each major muscle group. Another interesting thing to note was that the bodybuilder didn’t pick any compound movements. Nearly every movement he mentioned involved an exercise machine. However, it seems the top 10 exercises question is a popular one, and Sam Sulek isn’t the only one answering.
