In the latest episode of The Mike O’Hearn show, the Titan was engaged in a profound conversation with Efferding. This discussion revealed many insights into the underrated benefits of weightlifting and its impact on overall health.

However, as the two got into some friendly banter, O’Hearn confessed that he would quit rigorous training one day. But when will that be?

In the video, O’Hearn revealed how he has been picking Efferding’s brain on many things related to training as he wanted to get the opinion of another professional legend. When it comes to nutrition and training, O’Hearn blindly trusts Efferding.

Explaining their bond, he said, “I kind of outlined a nutrition plan for myself and Then I sent it over to you to give it governed by you And then you gave your suggestions back. I made modifications if necessary and then continued forward. And it was a nice journey and it’s not over… I will stop the day after he stops, I will quit this craziness.”

Therefore, O’Hearn completely depends on the legendary bodybuilder and also has a question in his mind about when he would stop this nutrition plan and the collaboration that the both of them have been doing. On the other hand, there is definitely a reason behind O’Hearn banking on Efferding.

The IFBB pro sure does know what he is talking about and is famous for the fitness tips that he gives. Earlier, he had talked about the intake of protein and the benefits of consuming meat.

Efferding had previously explained that consuming meat does not affect anyone’s health, even though not maintaining the proper protein level in the body might risk health. He explained how there was a difference between acute and chronic inflammation. He said, “There’s a difference between acute and chronic inflammation or mTOr stimulation and the acute inflammation or stimulation of mTOR doesn’t seem to be a problem”.

Efferding believed that as people grow old, they somehow do not eat a lot of protein-rich food, which in turn affects their longevity. However, having protein in any form, whether it is red meat or any other form of meat, will help.
