Furthermore, he said, “For sure I’ll be 8 lbs lighter in the morning, 8 lbs by tomorrow morning I probably just lost a pound or two just right now, like right now looking at myself I’m holding a lot of water”. Cutler mentioned this in his video, revealing his awareness of his body’s water retention. As an experienced athlete, he understands the impact of factors like hydration and sodium intake on weight fluctuations.

He further explained that he used to cook steak and chicken on his own on the barbeque grill. For daily protein goals, he relied the most on meat. Apart from whey protein and eggs, Cutler counted on meat. Cutler once admitted his yearly diet cost him a huge amount.
