From VCR to Instagram reels, Austin has come a long way. The 66-year-old coach has recently taken her Instagram followers back down memory lane by posting an old workout clip of hers.

The fitness world witnesses the latest trends and fads that would help in losing fat and living a fit life. However, the online arena is not devoid of fake influencers. But Denise Austin’s authenticity lies in the fact that she has been associated with the fitness arena for the past three decades.

The video home systems displayed her workout clips in American homes as her audience followed her moves to be fit. However, the times have changed, and the 66-year-old is now on social media. The influencer recently shared a throwback clip depicting the move that will help in toning the lower body parts. Wearing a vibrant workout suit, the young Austin got herself into a rhythm of movements involving her legs. Her toned muscles are radiating in the vibrant sunshine.

#Throwback to a move that was good then and still great NOW!! Tone and tighten the back of your thighs and buttocks….look great from behind!!” she wrote in the caption. She also requested her fans to do the move for a minute on each side. Fans became nostalgic as they shared their love for the post in the comments.

Austin’s post got an overwhelming response from her fans. An impressed fan commented, “Retro always works!” While another hoped, “I wish you were my fitness trainer.” A genuine fan requested the influencer and said, “Can you put more retro tv show workouts on your website, please!”

I had one of your VCR workout tapes back in the 90s and still one of the best workouts ever,” wrote a nostalgic fan. “It’s an oldie but a goodie,” declared a fitness enthusiast showering love for the throwback video.
