His recent post is fulfilling the deed behind his motives to spread positivity.

According to his latest post, he shared something pretty surprising. He said that when he was young; he used to be terrified of things. Back then, his life wasn’t as easy as it might seem now, looking at his massive physique and the confidence he had while flaunting his chiseled body.

He shared the heartfelt story with his followers that a strong man could have been through some hard times. “For a very large portion of life my life, I was extremely unhappy. No matter how hard I tried, things never really clicked,” said the IFBB Pro. He articulated he used to be really frightened of speaking in front of people. He confessed in the video that he was not a natural athlete. He faced a lot of criticism from people for trying new things.

But he was completely focused and didn’t give up, he kept hard working. He started approaching things that made him uncomfortable. He started thinking out of the box. During this short clip, he showed the transformation from being the scared one to trying harder to achieve goals. Besides the video, he also wrote a profound caption for his fans and followers.

Noel mentioned in the caption, “Things can change. It’s just a matter of time. Thank you for supporting me on my journey and believing in me even back then when I didn’t. I appreciate you guys beyond words.” Showing his gratitude to people who never left his side despite the challenges and motivated him. It’s not just the people who inspired him, he looks up to one bodybuilding GOAT.

A while back, he shared a reel video with his idol, Jay Cutler. Deyzel was extremely excited, as he had adored Cutler since childhood. He captioned this Instagram post by saying, “They say never meet your heroes, but Jay proved that wrong to me.” Both bodybuilders shared some laughs during this meet, where Cutler shared some pieces of advice. The bodybuilding behemoth precisely said that you should not copy someone else, work on yourself, and have a purpose in life. The 4x Mr. Olympia winner’s advice therefore stressed the fact that it is imperative to train according to one’s abilities.
