In a recent video uploaded by the Generation Iron Fitness YouTube channel, Mike O’Hearn interviewed Big Dru who is making waves in the online world owing to his commendable fitness transformation. 4 times Mr.Universe, O’Hearn delved into the inspirational fitness journey of Dru. O’Hearn shed light on the fact that Dru’s calorie diet was considered a dirty bulk type of diet by many. Leading the conversation ahead and expressing about his past diet habit, the king of monstrous body said,a lot of people say they eat dirty I mean I was eating 10,000 calories a day carbs every day no matter what, I would eat a whole box of angel cakes I would eat a pine of Ben and I would eat a whole Pine of Ben and& Jerry’s every night.

Revealing further about his diet, he said, a whole family pack Oreos every night I would eat Reese’s Cups all day long. He broke down significant details of his diet without any sign of hesitation. He revealed that he would have McDonald’s with regular meals and weight gainer drinks and shakes. He would take 20 to 30 grams of creatine every day and he had been habitual to his routine for many years.

But now, days are not as they were in the past for him. He has become more mature about his fitness choices. Despite the fact that he is no longer in love with McDonald’s and all that junk food, he is still monstrous and has a beast-looking body.

Big Dru rise from 1000 calories to a healthy eating regimen 

According to Generation Iron, Big Dru understands the significance of a high-calorie intake to become a mass monster. However, he has a bit different and healthy approach today. He advises aspiring bodybuilders to go on with clean meal options while maintaining a good quantity of calories. He suggests that instead of ordering fast food, cook your own burger or food.

Big Dru also understands that eating healthy also comes with a big investment. According to him, a $10 fast food meal with calories might be overwhelming for a person with little income who is on the way to becoming a mass monster.
