The new FUBAR series on Netflix will feature Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s real life as an individual who has seen three different lifetimes. In the first of his three lifetimes, he competed as a professional bodybuilder and won seven consecutive Mr. Olympia titles (1970–1975 and 1980). But today, even someone admired for having a Greek god’s physique is unhappy with how he appears.
The Austrian Oak was recently the subject of an interview with The Hollywood Reporter. In the conversation, he expressed his concerns about ageing and the effects of time on his physique.

In his heyday as a bodybuilder, Arnold Schwarzenegger was unrivaled. Later in life, after moving to the United States from his nation, his Greek god physique inspired him to pursue the film business. But today, at age 75, the body that previously helped him shatter records by producing a monster physique by lifting massive amounts of iron makes him feel nothing but disdain.
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Schwarzenegger shared his remarks on his older self, saying, “My whole life I look at the mirror and see the best-built man, and all of a sudden I see a bunch of crap. It’s terrible!”

He talks about how wrinkles and unattractive belly fat have diminished the godlike figure he previously had as a result of aging. The seven-time Mr. Olympia feels horrified by his own physique, but he also understands he has to cope with it.
The Austrian Oak’s diet
Arnold Schwarzenegger has won seven Mr. Olympia titles by dedicating himself to weight training and eating well. The Austrian Oak has always encouraged his audience to include protein in each and every meal. Schwarzenegger didn’t maintain detailed food records when he was at his peak, but a diet high in eggs would have provided enough protein for him every day.
Schwarzenegger has always been open about his choice to follow a vegan diet to improve his health. Some of his favorite vegetarian meals that give him energy have been discussed in previous interviews.

The legendary figure is probably unhappy with the effects of age. He hasn’t been oblivious, however; he’s accepted it and talks about it freely.
