Hate can be very powerful, it can either make you or break you. The internet is the biggest example of that. People put their opinions and comments on social media platforms and express themselves however, some of these comments are spiteful and can affect the receiver harshly. This affects everyone, from influencers to sports people and similarly, bodybuilding coach Marc Lobliner was affected by it when he was young. He was bullied when he was a child for being overweight but he turned his life around and now he is not only chiselled but a veteran coach and trainer helping others.

In a recent post, he again re-established his opinion on hate comments and how he takes it to his stride so that he can improve himself. Let’s see how Lobliner turns the tables on the haters.

In a new Instagram post, the 43-year-old showed off his quads and striated muscles in the picture inside the gym. His legs look phenomenal and he has muscles that could make him win even Mr Olympia if he tried.

The post was captioned with Lobliner’s opinion about hate comments. “Being on social media invites a lot of hate. Just today some dude said I was shorter than Danny Devito, someone else said I look 65 years old and another person said that my arms are the same size as a 13-year-old girl.”

After talking about the hate comments, he cheerfully declared that “it’s all good.” He further stated, “I love this sh*t. I’m living my best life and bringing my family and friends along with me. Would love for you to join as well!” Lobliner said he is proud of his achievements and how he looks and surpasses the bullying to get to the top. He knows that the negativity on the internet can get to the head so, with his wisdom, he helped others overcome the anxiety as well.

He previously posted a picture of his jaw-dropping physique and along with the picture of his ripped body, he added a motivational quote that reflected his commitment to the sport and his fight against negativity.

The IFBB pro bodybuilder expressed his confidence in himself and his craft and mentioned that the picture in the post was his favorite. He added, “No excuses, I have bills to pay and a real job so I did what any responsible adult would do. I should have just dropped the show but I was too committed and afraid of the backlash from the internet. I know that sounds like a b*tch move, but it’s true. The internet BS gets to the best of us.”
