Sam Sulek, the 21 YO fitness icon, who rose to fame from his social media handles of YouTube and TikTok, is now ruling the world of bodybuilding with his steroid-enhanced physique. He has been accused by several elite bodybuilders of going through the wrong process of transformation and misleading the fitness community.
However, no criticism has been enough to stop Sulek from attempting to reach his goal. Amidst the barrage of negative comments, he still continues to upload videos and engage with his followers. Sulek now shares his thoughts on a dooming issue that is affecting many athletes in these times.
Sam Sulek talks about body dysmorphia

One of the official YouTube channels of a bodybuilding fan page, @aegfitness8047, shared a video of Sam Sulek, where he was seen talking about why most people suffer from body dysmorphia. He enlightens the fitness community by giving them a firmer grip on reality.
He said, “I think a lot of people, let’s say relatively advanced lifters, they’re gonna see themselves pumped up and in their mind, that’s their new normal – them fully pumped, their peak veiniest, fullest, freakiest state. That’s what they take as their new normal.” He goes on to say that the pumped-up version is generally bigger than the natural one.
Sulek adds, “When they f**king walk around all day. I look like shit now. Oh no, I feel extra small. When you’re pumped, that’s when you’re bigger than normal. If you consider this your normal, you have to fix that sh*t quick,” Sulek advises. Often, Sam Sulek himself has been demeaned by several bodybuilders because of his massive physique at a young age. However, recently a bodybuilding great supported the young fitness influencer.

Lee Priest rescues the youngster from the criticism
Lee Priest took the effort of making an Instagram reel on Sam Sulek where he emphasizes the fact that he is actually having a good time with his diet and workout routines, and creating content out of it. This brings down to the conclusion that Sulek is of course taking great care of his health and there is no requirement for criticism.

He advises the fitness community to let him live his life the way he pleases, instead of constantly judging him. Priest says, “Sam’s learning. He’s having fun right now, eating those foods. I’m sure he’s getting his blood work done through for what goes through. And he’s having fun doing it. So why come down on him?
