The bodybuilding world recently suffered a significant loss. They are still mourning the demise of the legendary athlete Jo Lindner, also known as ‘Joesthetics’. Noel Deyzel, a very close friend to the late athlete, and also an IFBB Pro bodybuilder, who has been like a beacon of support in these difficult times, offered solace to the fitness community through his posts and videos.
The 39 YO bodybuilder has been often using his social media platform to either answer questions coming from his following or try to console them with his experiences. In a recent post, he was soothing a fellow fitness influencer, after trying to come out from his very recent loss.

Noel Deyzel recently took to his Instagram to share a question posted by a follower and made a video answering the question. In the video, he received a comment, “Bro I just got heartbroken. Idk what to do.” Taking to his loss, he addressed the problem and said, “In the pursuit of finding love, it’s likely you’re gonna experience heartbreak. I know it hurts and it’s overwhelming you may even be questioning why and have feelings of inadequacy.”

He further got to the positive point where he was consoling the person. Noel Deyzel himself has been there and despite being still in mourning, he has been better now. He says, “The fortunate thing is that those feelings are temporary and the five stages of grief apply to heartbreak too. Let yourself process these feelings and emotions, don’t limit yourself, and look after yourself.”
Noel Deyzel advises people to go out and make friends who will help them get through this because it is very important to take care of yourself first. He says, “So I assure you, bro, you can get through this.” Deyzel has also been a very strong pillar in promoting the importance of mental health after he lost his dear friend.
