American star, Jason Momoa?s shredded physique has long been an intriguing aspect for the media. Days ahead of his recent movie, Fast X?s release, the actor was interviewed by Men?s Health on YouTube. The video was creatively crafted, and featured him in his natural element. He flaunted his gym arena and also the kind of workouts he usually does on a regular basis.?

Momoa revealed an interesting yet hilarious aspect of his workout regimen. Sitting amid his gym equipments, he claimed that he tries to move the objects with his mental power. Here?s what he said.?

As per the interview from last month, when asked what his workout looks like, the 43-year-old star shared an amusing exercise. ?What I like to do is sit here and I just try to move all these with my mind,? he said while pointing at his gym equipment. He enthusiastically claimed that some of them actually stood up with his mind power. ?and then that was over there, and that was up there,? he continued referring to the objects. ?

?But I just like use my mental powers. I really just sit here and relax,? the Aquaman actor detailed. He concluded his response by declaring that?s all he does for his workouts. Therefore, a more precise next question enquired about his favorite exercises to do at the gym. Thus, Momoa shared that kettlebells have been a ?huge? part of his life.?

Furthermore, he even travels with his kettlebells. ?It’s helped me with my core and just like fighting and doing stunts,? he disclosed. Besides that, he iterated his love for bands. The 6?4? actor added, ?so I?ll just do band work on set. It’s just so simple and easy.? Whereas for his cardio, he resorts to boxing. He claimed that he likes stuff he can carry with him everywhere. Jokes apart, the actor has insane workout finesse that once left a bodybuilding legend in awe.?

After watching the actor?s rock climbing feats, he was reminded of his days in the force.?

?Kind of stuff we were doing at Swat Training,? he said. There were several other instances in the video when Coleman was awestruck by Momoa?s fitness.
