In their latest Instagram video which was a snippet from a longer YouTube video of Coleman training with Andrew Jacked, he spoke about how Flex Wheeler was the one who helped him become who he is. According to the King, Wheeler was the one who taught him everything that he knew.

Andrew Jack assumed that it would have been Kevin Levrone however it was Wheeler from the start. Coleman narrated, “Think it was 94 was on tour he had just win the Arnold Classic. I’m like man I need to find out what he’s doing shoot!” He also described one of his amazing treats since childhood where he used to learn from the smartest guys in class in school and implemented the same in bodybuilding as well.

The former Policeman said, “So I’m like I’m a do the same thing with Flex. I did go to Flex’s room like, “man what are you doing?” He told me I did exactly what he said to a T.” He even credited his first Olympia win to the Sultan of Symmetry, even when he knew he was going to stand right beside his mentor on the stage one day. The fans gave their comments regarding this under the video.
