In his latest interview, Lee Priest stated a shocking insight about his idea of giving tips at times.

Lee Priest has won the IFBB Pro Ironman 2006 title. The 51-year-old Australian bodybuilder has often shared his tips and guidance through his social media handles as well as his YouTube channel dedicated to fitness strictly. The bodybuilder’s opinion about basic fitness tips pointed out his humble nature.

In his latest Interview on Apollon, the Australian bodybuilder was reported to talk about several of the emerging bodybuilding stars like Sam Sulek, and Tren twins. But the video also attested to his opinions about giving basic fitness tips. He stated, “I feel guilty taking their money, because I’m like that’s so f***ing basic like, there’s no secret if you want to lose weight, we all know what clean foods you can have now.”

The former bodybuilder went on to talk about how after guiding one on how to do a certain exercise, bodybuilders do get a hang of it over time. Similarly, for diets, after guiding them for a bit, the bodybuilders get to know which ones are suitable and which ones are not as effective. Priest also stated, “You should know by now, okay chicken rice vegetables lean meats or egg whip and this is how my body reacts to yeah, whatever it is.

In one of the videos posted by @samsfitnessaust, he was asked about squats and how to do them correctly. Priest dictated how the community has so much misinformation when it comes to such tips. He recounted,??People say, put your feet this wide. Put your feet that wide, sometimes, put your feet together. Toes in, toes out. It doesn?t fu**ing matter. That?s all bullshit. Just fu**ing go up and down?.?Then the bodybuilder commented,??Do the exercises. You?re overthinking that you shouldn?t be overthinking.?
