In the recent episode of Jaywalking, Cutler shares the different aspects of the bodybuilding world, especially with social media which is dominating the industry right now. He also gave insights on how to create engaging content for social media if someone is a fitness influencer. Jay starts his video with the introduction to his new merchandise and then he takes his adorable dog for a walk. The furry friend was also wearing a cute tie as its ensemble.?
After starting the walk he started speaking about his experience with raising a little dog and also things related to training. He asked his cameraman Dave about his own workout and fitness regimen and the progress. Then Dave went on to ask Cutler about his competitive days and how he used to not only prep for the big day but also do media and interviews along with it. Multitasking was one of the main fulcrum for Cutler and his colleagues.
While talking about his plans for fitness and physique, Cutler revealed an interesting fact. He said, ?You know I did this 50 thing. I think you need goals.? He then continued on the same thread and explained about goals saying, ?What’s the next step? I need something to challenge me more. I mean dude I don?t wanna get bigger.? He does not want to bulk up anymore since he is not into competitions however Cutler said, ?I don?t wanna get more lean. I would love to slim my physique but keep some of the muscle retention.?
Dave told him in the same trajectory that Cutler had his bicep tear and was not training for a while. He looked like a “smaller version of his previous self.” Dave found this very interesting. Cutler also revealed that rigorous training was not what he was looking for now, and even walking for an hour gave him the energy release that he needed. All in all, he is taking it easy and having more of a relaxing time. However, he never stops training and does not choose comfort over fitness.

In a?previous Instagram video, Jay Cutler expressed his inner struggle when he was talking about one of those days when he did not want to go to the gym or train. Despite the allure of a lazy day and the comfort of the couch, he still went to the gym.
The Instagram post was about the Hall of Famer?s candid confession where people realize that bodybuilders are not just machines of sheer strength, but they are humans who also have mental fatigue. He also posted a story where he wrote, ” The coach was good. The beds were strong, but I made it to the gym.”
