At the Arnold Sports Festival 2023, Arnold Schwarzenegger presented the Lifetime Achievement award to Kenneth Flex Wheeler – who later adapted his nickname, Flex, that was given to him keeping in mind his flexibility. In the featured video at the festival, after seeing his split pose, Arnold is reported to remark, “I don’t think that I’ve ever seen in a history of bodybuilding anyone who’s so flexible that he can do this particular pose here.”

While attending the winner on stage, Arnold further adds, “they always considered you one of the greatest champions of all time.” He also attributes him saying, “not only that, that’s talking about your body now but they’re talking about the way you’ve promoted the sport of bodybuilding.” For Arnold, the greatest bodybuilder himself, to say something so humongous reflects the gravity of the truth in it.
