Challenges often excite the bodybuilding community as they prove the strength of bodybuilders. The trend of fitness enthusiasts challenging strangers with different tasks is not uncommon on social media. Brandon Williams pioneers this trend as he is famous for his fitness challenge videos. While some win William’s challenges, others fail miserably. But the entire show runs on the concept of entertaining his audience.

Last month, he shared a video that introduced John, a strong and focused old man, to his YouTube community. John belongs to the winners’ tribe as he won a fitness challenge proposed by William in a composed manner. He impressed the crowd with his calm demeanor and great strength.

The famous fitness YouTuber Brandon Williams shared a snippet from his “Lift These Stones, Win $500,” challenge. The video starts with John, an old man in a black T-shirt and black hat, approaching to take up the challenge of lifting heavy stones for $100. “John you look strong man. Do you lift?” Williams was seen asking.

John casually replied, revealing his weightlifting history, “About 40 years ago.” The YouTuber then shows three boulders of 115 lbs, 145 lbs, and 250 lbs. The old man casually lifts the lightest among them and dumps it onto the other side of a high bar. “I think you got it. He’s doing really calm too,” says a mesmerized Williams in the video. He further warns the old man, “Keep in mind if you fail this one, you lose everything,” in the clip.

John also lifted and dumped the second boulder with ease. The YouTuber questioned John, “What gets you angry?” to which a calm challenge seeker replied, “I don’t need to get angry.” This made William realize John is “Focused,” on his task. Though the old man struggled to drop the 250 lbs boulder on the other side of the bar, he eventually managed to do it and won $100. Earlier, a Polish bodybuilder, Adam Josef, impressed his audience by winning a $100 Hang challenge.
