Wahlberg continues to inspire the world with his chiseled physique to stay motivated to their fitness journey. In a recent encounter with Mehmet Cengiz Öz famously known as Dr. OZ, The 54-year-old actor refused to change his path of fitness, regardless of what Dr. Oz says.

The Pain & Gain actor appeared in a candid conversation with a famous YouTuber and physician. He isn’t one to follow any routine due to its popularity. He recently shared his point of view on his fitness and eating routine, making it clear that he prefers to do things his own way.
During their rapid conversation, Mark stated, “I don’t care what Dr. Oz says. I’ve got to have my breakfast before I work out, that’s my preference.” Though he made it clear that he never misses an important meal of the day which is breakfast, he eats even before hitting the gym. Being aware of the popularity of trending fasting among today’s generation, He said, “I know a lot of people do a lot of intermittent fasting and stuff like that.” While acknowledging different diet approaches, he firmly hints that he knows what works best for him.

He swiftly changed the topic from food to workout routines, being a Chief Brand Officer of the F45 fitness franchise, he grabbed the chance and mentioned, “You know what you do you go to F 45 you get that 45-minute workout better than any workout out there the first and you start getting in shape.” This raised another question for Walhberg.
Wahlberg’s plans for the future
Dr. OZ asked Mark, “Do you work out first or eat first? To which the fitness fanatic replied by saying, “I still do the small meals you 2 and hours,” Following an old practice where to stay healthy and fit people used to have a small amount of food between their main course of meals. He’s not only knows his food and training routines well but also completely aware of the state of his career. In one of his old interviews made a disheartening statement.

He further added, “Certain businesses you kind of build them, pass them on or you exit. Hopefully, my kids, we’ll see what their interests are, but I don’t think that I’ll be acting that much longer at the pace I am now. That’s for sure.” The actor said that he won’t be able to work at his current pace for much longer, and he won’t pressure his kids to pursue his career. He might not act forever, but he will inspire the world with his impeccable fitness despite his age.
