In the video, the bodybuilding enthusiast bashed the fans who claimed, “I started doing cardio because of you.” In response, the 21-year-old fitness influencer said, “Frankly, I Don’t Believe Half of You,” stating the fact that he knows about the numbers and the truth about his fans’ performance in the gym.

The bodybuilding enthusiast highlighted that he has done appropriate studies and research that suggested that “the cardio is not getting done.” The gym rat is among the few bodybuilding enthusiasts who never skip their cardio and strictly follow their workout regime.

The 21-year-old fitness influencer dedicates the first 30 minutes of his workouts to the seated bike for cardio. Just like he bashed his followers for lying about the cardio previously, he had called out the gaming addicts for spending most of their time gaming.

In an Instagram reel, the fitness influencer focused on kids who spent hours gaming on their PCs. Sulek highlighted the fact that ,amyw were putting hours into online gaming rather than going to the gym and working on themselves. He said, “I have never gotten more than three days without a lift. And that’s excessive.” Further, he added that he couldn’t even remember the last time he skipped his workout.
