In the video, Chris says, “It’s too wide, not too long. My tongue didn’t fit my mouth.” He explains how his tongue situates in his mouth. He says, “When I’m relaxed, my tongue hangs over my teeth on all sides like a Frenchie. Yeah, like it’s just too big for my mouth.” Chris finds it a win-win situation because he hasn’t been choked with it yet, plus, his partner Courtney doesn’t mind it.

Chris Bumstead always drops truth bombs and keeps the bodybuilding community in check. He sets high standards for many competitors as well as himself to surpass.
