World record-breaking strongman and powerlifter Mitchell Hooper is extremely capable at his sport. He had retired from competitions in 2020 but has decided to return with powerlifting again. Before that, he had also attempted boxing and aced it while giving competition to fellow strongman, Eddie Hall.

The man with many talents and humongous power is not only an amazing athlete, but also a fun-loving human. His funny side was seen recently in an Instagram video that he had uploaded.

Hooper’s video showed a clip where a woman was asking another woman what was the most attractive exercise a man could do at the gym. The woman answered that it had to be a deadlift, and she specifically mentioned that it could not be a deadlift with 25 LB, but had to be with at least two plates.

The video then transitioned to Mitchell Hooper picking up record-breaking weights at a powerlifting competition. Highlighting the ease at which Hooper was performing the lift, a commentator was heard saying, “No problem for Mitch Hooper.”

The man who also recently took a dig at fitness influencers, who combine their videos with motivational words, made the bodybuilding fans laugh out loud again.

Many fans took to the comments section of the video, and Hooper replied to some of the comments agreeing with the fitness community.

Another fan emphasized the two plates requirement and said, “Two plates at least.” The powerlifting champion replied to this comment and wrote, “At least.”

Another fitness enthusiast went a step ahead with the joke and said Hooper had failed her requirements, “She said it can’t be 25… you didn’t cut unfortunately, that was only 20 plates!” Another fan ironically pointed out that lifting two plates was possible for any person, and said, “2 plates? Guess she wants every man on planet Earth.”
