The pose that made him win his third Sandow title. Afterward, the fans of the sport started calling him by his new nickname “Quad Stomp.”

Recently, He collaborated with German bodybuilder Urs Kalecinski for a workout session. The duo pose afterward in the beats’s signature pose. 4 times consecutive, Mr. Olympia shared a photo carousel on his Instagram account. The followers of the sport are excited as they are pleased to see it twice.

The bodybuilding GOAT shared a photo dump of five pictures that includes his iconic quad pose with Urs. It also showed his exercising in the gym and helping the 25-YO Kalecinski in his leg-day workout regime. The duo captioned the picture “All access”.  

 

The pose and his expression have changed a lot since his first try. The first time he did it in 2009, with full force to show the clear cuts off his thighs, he was competing against Dexter Jackson. Now it seems a very calming pose for him like it doesn’t take any effort at all. Well, it’s always a treat to the eyes whenever he does this, and it’s the second time he has done it in a month.

He shared that the intensity of the pose had lasting effects on his body, necessitating a cautious approach to avoid further strain.
