Mr. Olympia 2023 is live from Orange Country Convention Centre in Orlando, Florida. This ultimate championship has begun with some amazing performances. In the 212 and Ms. Olympia divisions, both have already been crowned champions. However, the battle in the focused division of Olympia Men’s open physique and the second popular division Classic Physique, is in progress. Nevertheless, the competitors are showing confidence that they will conquer and bring back the coveted title.
Chris Bumstead, the face of the Classic Physique division, radiates confidence that lights up not just his own heart but also those of his cherished family members and his entire fanbase. As he prepared to grace the stage with his presence, his elder sister, Melissa Valliere, showed up at the venue to be by his side. Their heart-melting reunion backstage was an amazing moment before his performance, filled with love and support.

Sister of the reigning champion uploaded a carousel of two pictures on her Instagram account with a lovely message for her brother. While Cbum was getting ready for his performance and applied tan oil to showcase his shredded, well-conditioned, and aesthetic physique, he found a moment to spend with his sister. They captured some incredible pictures.

Former bodybuilder Iain Valliere’s wife wrote in her caption, “He may be Cbum to you but he’ll always be Christopher to me. Christopher, thank you for showing us all what it means to be free. I am so proud to be your sister & I know tomorrow you will transcend. I love you so much.” Through her simple text, she conveyed a strong message for her brother. His resilience, dedication, and free spirit inspired everybody including his family. She is proud and wishes him that he will be the champion again.

The Canadian Bodybuilder replied to her sister’s post by saying, “Love you, big sis.” However, Bumstead’s path to defending his title was tough for him. Yet, he’s standing strong and confident despite his health issues. He went on to win his fifth Sandow trophy, showing remarkable sportsmanship.
Cbum is ready to bag the title for the fifth time
The 28-year-old bodybuilder has been transparent throughout his preparation, he openly talked about the hurdles he faced while getting ready for this year’s Olympia. But the champion didn’t give up and continued his path. In just a few hours he will amaze his fans by flaunting the incredible physique he sculpted.

Regardless of the new rules in the Classic Physique division, his confidence never shifted even for a title, he’s confidently said during the Press Conference, “I would say, I’m absolutely walking home with that trophy,” He has faith in himself about his victory and further said, “I put in the work I know these guys are fighting for the second place.” He also made this statement, during his interview with Olympia TV, in September.
