The knowledge of posing helps bodybuilders to flaunt their strength while downplaying the weaker parts of the body. However, not many know the right way to do it. The recent post discusses the same. The bodybuilding page shared a collage of the Lebanese bodybuilder and three other bodybuilders. While the Mr. Olympia champion spread his arms not extensively, the other three did the opposite.

Thanks to @officialsamirbannout for this content. Spreading your arms too wide apart looks very unprofessional n actually can hurt your overall symmetry & arm size!” read the caption of the post.

The 67-year-old bodybuilder also commented on the post terming the posture, “TOTALLY SAD.” He appreciates the efforts of the page with 261K followers to make things clearer to the bodybuilding community. Earlier, Bannout had opened up about the negative effects of insulin on bodybuilders.

The Mr.Olympia champion suggestion for the bodybuilding community

The use of insulin is common in the bodybuilding community as it is claimed to increase muscle fullness. But Bannout is against it. He reasons that the hormone will contribute to uneven body growth and can disturb the visceral fat of the body.
