The bodybuilder explained the reason behind choosing the Italy Pro and mentioned, “I wanted something later in the season; you know, that was the first caveat.” He mentioned that he participated in the Tampa Pro and won twice already, so the bodybuilder wants to try out new things. As there was not much time for the show, Labrada has already kickstarted his prep with a nerve-wracking leg workout with Terrence Ruffin. Let’s take a look at the duo’s workout.
Leg extension, hacksquat, and more
Both bodybuilders started by hitting the leg extension machine, and they did slow rep sets, increasing time under tension. Labrada pushed Ruffin beyond his limits with each rep. After completing their leg extension sets, they did a variation of the deadlift. They did the Romanian deadlift, targeting their glutes, hamstrings, and lower back.

They added one plate with each set and took it to a new level. The bodybuilders didn’t seem to be satisfied with this workout, so they repeated the leg extension and followed the same approach. They wrapped up their workout with the hack squat machine. Labrada ensured that both of them spent enough time under tension to achieve maximum results, pushing them beyond their limits.
