After launching his daily fitness newsletter in 2023, Arnold Schwarzenegger has seen his “village” grow to 600,000 people. However, not everyone who signs up for the newsletter is not a member of The Pump app. While Arnie regularly shares short workout programs, anyone looking to make a serious long-term commitment to fitness will find training programs by none other than the seven-time Mr. Olympia on the mobile app.

At the end of 2023, Arnold Schwarzenegger gave $1000 to three lucky winners of the Arnold’s Pump Club Finish Strong Challenge. The Austrian Oak shared three workouts every week for December. People who wanted to enter uploaded their workouts and results on social media and had to tag Arnie.

The lucky winner won $1000 each, A facetime call with the man himself, and a signed copy of his book, Be Useful. Now, after a month, the bodybuilding legend has announced a gift with an even bigger total prize pool.
