Johnny Carson, the American television host, is famous for his opening monologues and quick wit. He has received many prime-time Emmy awards and has been inducted into the Television Hall of Fame. Ferrigno was thrilled to have such a wonderful host.

It also speaks volumes about the success Ferrigno had achieved in his acting through the movies (1989, Sinbad of the Seven Seas, 1985, The Adventures of Hercules,), etc. The jacked-up physique that he created for winning titles helped him bag movies. Despite being bigger than Schwarzenegger, Ferrigno could not win

Although Lou wanted to be successful in bodybuilding, hoping to defeat Arnold Schwarzenegger in 1975, Mr. Olympia, he never tasted success. Arnold defeated Ferrigno and lifted his sixth title that year. The Hulk was more massive than the Terminator in the 1970s. Ferringo weighed 285-295 lbs on a frame of 6’5, while Arnold weighed 225-235 lbs at 6’3. But no one could trump the former governor’s muscular chest and stage charisma.
