Being a professional bodybuilder for a long time now, Walker knows the difference between heavy lifting and ego lifting. This was evident in his latest Instagram post, as he lifted heavy dumbbells while training his chest on an incline bench and completed the set with slow and controlled reps. He lifted 180 lbs of dumbbells for seven reps with a perfectly clean form, controlling the eccentrics and taking a short pause at the bottom to get the juiciest pump possible.
Walker wrote in the caption, “Been a minute since I pressed the 180s I’d say this was pretty solid here!!!! Very happy with how this went. Still hitting that full range and slight pause at the bottom still, controlling the negative as best I can.”
