There was a time when Samson Dauda took the breath of the bodybuilding community away with his unforgettable and commendable victory in the 2023 Arnold Classic championship. The Nigerian lion has gained immense fame and popularity in the fitness world with his well-sculpted physique that he attained with years of hard work and determination. 

The Arnold Classic Champ left no stone unturned in making his body competition-ready; however, things did not go the way he had hoped for Olympia 2023. Despite being persistent for years to make the Olympia dream come true, he had to admit his defeat, securing the 3rd position at the marquee bodybuilding event. Even though his dream could not be fulfilled, his passion for moving forward in life has still not faded. His recent Instagram post showed this quite well, igniting fans’ reactions and excitement.

The 2023 Olympia competition concluded a few days ago, declaring Derek Lunsford as the winner. Among the top 3 contenders, stood our Nigerian Lion who miraculously grabbed the attention of his fans with his body. Even after losing out on the title, Dauda doesn’t seem daunted. In his Instagram post, he showcased his shredded physique and showed off his third-place medal. “Rise Rise and Rise again until lambs become lions,” Dauda wrote in the caption. 

Fans had huge expectations from Dauda and if he had won the Olympia title, he would have become the second Englishman to lift the Sandow trophy after Dorian Yates. A few days after the competition, it seems like the Nigerian Lion has comes to terms with the result and is now working towards ensuring that he works on himself for the next challenge.

Fans continue praising Dauda’s physique

Hailing Dauda for his captivating and unparalleled physique, One fan wrote, “Champion” Expressing amazement at his defeat on the stage, another Instagram user commented, “How did he not win, guys? Just take a look at how ripped he is.” Though the hard work didn’t pay off this time, a fan still praised and complemented his hero by saying, “You are, no doubt, the Real Mr. O. Perfection is the word!.”  Another user commented, “Awesome picture was a pleasure to catch up with you out there 💪🏼🏆”
