Australian action star Chris Hemsworth is gearing up for the release of his next film Extraction 2. In the middle of it all, his workout regime has remained unchanged. Chris Hemsworth was recently seen hitting the gym and training hard to maintain his chiseled shape. The actor, most prominently known for his role as the Norse thundergod Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, had just landed in Los Angeles after a long flight and was jetlagged. But that wasn’t enough to crush the 39-year-old actor’s spirits.
Hemsworth gave an update about his whereabouts in LA after just landing there. While saying that the jetlag has really got to him, he immediately brushes it aside and starts crushing it in the gym.

In a recent Instagram post, Chris Hemsworth said, “All right we just landed in LA. You might think we are in Dominic Toretto’s garage, given all these beautiful pieces of machinery back here…” Hemsworth was making a humorous reference to Vin Diesel’s character from the ‘Fast & Furious franchise, who drives and owns a lot of cars.
Then he says, “But we are in Grant Roberts’ gym. He has been kind enough to let us train her and we are getting our kick jetlag in the a**”, in a nonchalant manner. Hemsworth didn’t care one bit about his jetlag and went on to do some serious workout. He also wrote in his Instagram caption, “Just landed in LA, went 12 rounds with jetlag… Looking forward to an immediate rematch”.
Things weren’t very bright for Chris Hemsworth last year. He received the news about having a genetic predisposition to Alzheimer’s and has coped with it since. However, quashing any such debilitating effects, mental or otherwise, that the disease could’ve brought on, Hemsworth is busy roughing it inside the gym and his fans are beyond impressed. He has also previously shown short and effective full-core circuit workouts for his Instagram fans.
