A pectoral tear is a severe injury that can significantly disrupt an athlete’s training and performance. For an individual like Hafthor, whose career revolves around training and strength-related activities, the injury could have been a crushing blow. However, rather than submitting to the wrath of this challenge, Bjornsson decided to face it head-on and focused on his recovery with unwavering determination.

Resistance training is a technique that involves using various resistance mechanisms, such as Thera bands, resistance bands, loops, etc. This type of training generally focuses on functional training to improve an athlete’s strength and agility. The injury demanded Bjornsson shift to using resistance training in his training as a part of his recovery and rehabilitation. The recently posted YouTube short saw an old man from Thor’s gym trying to pull the resistance band. The man expressed his disbelief over how hard it was to pull by stating, “How Can You Use This?”
