Recently, he thought of leaving his followers astonished with his chest workout. But how people reacted to it was the real astonishment.
His insane chest workout with many reps and sets came out as an eye-opener, as most of the followers could not believe in his immense strength. While some called his chest training ‘fake weight’, some ended up inviting themselves to clean the gym.

In a recent Instagram post, Vladimir Schmondenko posted a series of workout videos, in which, he can be seen training his chest. He performed 6 chest exercises and listed them out with relevant details in the caption. While most of these were familiar exercises, the bodybuilder made sure to challenge himself with added weights and resistance.

He practiced bench presses with chains for more load at the top point. Second, he did a one-arm dumbbell bench press followed by other exercises such as weighted dips, push-ups with additional weight, & the much-debated Svend Press.
Schmondenko seemed to effortlessly complete his routine. Even though these videos demonstrate his dedication and passion for training, his fans flooded the Instagram comment section with shocking comments and suggestions.

Mr. Anatoly’s training methods trigger fans
Expressing shock at the weights he carried to the target chest area, one fan wrote, “You sir… are not real!.” After being amazed at his hard-to-believe strength, another user expressed, “How can a human have SO MUCH power? So impressive.”
Another fan wrote, “After watching this workout — especially svend press which is proven one of the worst chest exercises because of gravity lol — purchasing your program is very questionable.” Asking about the weight, “How much weight on the bench?” commented one of the Instagram users.
