In a recent social media post, the titan shared a workout video featuring his partner, Mona Muresan, engaging in heavy weightlifting. O’Hearn, known as “The Gladiator,” imparts his knowledge by teaching his wife some classic techniques from the 1980s, techniques used by legends like himself.

Power couples Mike O’ Hearn and Mona Muresan continue to inspire their loyal followers through bodybuilding. Committed to a healthy lifestyle, the bodybuilders often train together and maintain a healthy diet. Recently, the Gladiator posted a YouTube video of him and his significant other working out. The post captioned, “Mike O’ Hearn Ego lifting” showed ex-Ms. Universe lifting heavy weights, guided by her husband. 

The American coach explained in the video, “Okay so all we’re doing is getting her body used to some heavier weight….. we’re loaded up three three twenty-five on here and so Mona’s just picking it up kind of moving a little bit with it what has happened to the body wakes up the nervous system…”

The heavy-weight, partial method gives a jolt to the nervous system, leading to an increase in size and strength. Furthermore, the MMA fighter and powerlifter further added, “……… we’ll drop her weight and take about a hundred pounds off now fathom this if you can how light will that feel on her back when she goes down to 235 for reps,h*ly c** what a joke.”

Knowing that the method was often used by O’Hearn in the 1980s impressed the supermom. Muresan is no stranger to lifting heavy. Her Instagram page reflects her commitment to bodybuilding and fitness. Mike O’ Hearn is a very active coach, often dropping collaboration videos on YouTube. Recently, he taught WWE Hall of Fame Billy Gunn to do some rope hammers.

The YouTube video showed Gunn and O’ Hearn doing lying down rope pulls with extreme concentration. The veteran bodybuilder and WWE powerlifter put forth great effort to achieve their shredded physiques. Moreover, both athletes seemed to work out not for immediate gain but for long-term longevity. Silently observing, the American veteran only had morale-boosting words for his gym partner. Giving a push, he says. “The mighty gun” show! Big boy !”
