Barbie hit the screens on the 21st of July amidst much hype and stood the test of time, receiving phenomenal reviews from critics and audiences. The actors wowed the audience and their effort to make the movie possible was evident on screen.
Ryan Gosling took intense training lessons with David Higgins to portray the flawless doll-like physique of Ken alongside the other Kens in the film, Ncuti Gatwa and Simu Liu. But the Barbie of the film, Margot Robbie, stole the show when it came to a plank competition.

Although Higgins held his plank longer than everyone else, the actress did the best among the cast. Robbie succeeded in holding a plank for 4:10 minutes, as per a post shared by Pubity. It reflects the strength of the 2x Oscar nominee, which is all thanks to her unique fitness secret.

The movie I, Tonya, in which Robbie played the role of Tonya Harding, changed the way the actress physically prepares for her roles. For the film, she learned to rollerblade for the role of the well-known American skater. She continued to hone the skill even after the film’s release.
