Flex Lewis recently shared a few pictures of himself and declared that he waited till midnight, till he actually became 40 to share the post on Instagram. After he showed gratitude towards his friends, family, and fans, and their wishes, the bodybuilder went ahead to talk about his emotions. He stated, “I kinda struggle a lot to show my emotions on things. I am truly blessed to have family, friends, fans, and followers like you guys from all parts of the world.”

Moreover, the Welsh bodybuilder made it crystal clear how his life has become lately. He simply announced, “I am living my own dream, the American dream!” In the end, Lewis did not forget to give his own strength and willpower some credit. He confessed how he believed in himself and how that helped him become who he is.

However, fans found it hard to digest the fact that Flex Lewis has already turned 40. This is because the condition of his physique and his age did not adhere to the normal rule of aging. Thus, many fans showed extremely shocking expressions.
