However, what most people do not know is the fact that even bodybuilders do not find themselves being their most productive selves all the time. In his post, Ryan Terry disclosed how after his Olympia appearance he wasn’t strictly consistent with his habitual fitness regime. He stated, “Since the Olympia, I’ve been quite inconsistent for the first time in my life.. work life commitments have taken precedence and trying to get @rtfitness__ to a finish point that I can be proud of and ready to open up to the world has been a real struggle.” According to the bodybuilder, he has been busy ensuring that his venture RT Fit, which is set to open its doors in January, will be up and running soon.

However, with a new year coming up, the bodybuilder also revealed his intentions of getting back on track. He talked about how he is aware that the title he holds needs a lot of training and hard labor to keep it for himself since a lot of others would be vying for it soon. He further wrote, “We are nearly there now though and I am more than ready to get back into my routine and hit the new year hard.”

Participating in the Mr. Olympia has always been a humongous responsibility and leads to major mental pressure. Ryan Terry initially thought that the 2023 Mr. Olympia was going to be his last Mr. Olympia in 2023, as he revealed not long ago.
