21-year-old Sam Sulek has taken the internet by storm. The young bodybuilding enthusiast started his journey as an athlete with diving. However, he switched to bodybuilding, and his massive but shredded physique at 21 has put the online fitness community on notice. However, the bodybuilder, whom many online fitness experts claim is on steroids, caused a gym accident.

Sulek, who has been criticized for his junk food diet by multiple fitness gurus, damaged some gym equipment. Like most things he does, a clip of the incident went viral on social media. While the online bodybuilding and fitness communities do not take kind to such acts, they reacted differently to Seluk. So what did Sam Sulek do?

A warmup gone wrong

Sam Sulek regularly posts videos on YouTube. Three days ago AEG Fitness posted a clip from one of Sam Sulek’s videos. In this clip, the 21-year-old bodybuilder bodybuilder entered a gym with his cameraman and two other friends. However, before they could begin their main workout, the fitness influencer damaged an exercise machine while warming up.?

“Sam just broke the machine,”?said one of his friends.?“He did it. He’s been here five minutes,”?added Sulek’s friend. The man behind the camera said,?“Bro that’s supposed to be your warmup.”?However, when he zoomed into the weight selector, the pin was set to 400 lbs. Everyone was shocked that Sulek warmed up with 400 lbs on a cable pulldown machine.

However, despite being strong enough to snap a heavy-duty cable, Sulek was humble and remorseful.?“Now I’m nervous,”?said Sulek. Hence, his actions after making a mistake won over the fitness community.

The fitness world forgave Sam Sulek

Many fitness influencers act arrogantly and refuse to own up to their mistakes. Bodybuilders like Joey Swoll have made a career out of pointing out bad behavior in the gym and promoting positivity.
