Bodybuilding is more of a lifestyle than a sport. This is exactly why some athletes tend to follow a strict diet and train intensely despite their retirement from the sport. However, in the case of Phil Heath, he still hasn’t announced his retirement, despite his last competition being in 2020.

The seven-time Mr. Olympia Phil Heath made sure to leave a lasting legacy through his achievements and performances in competitive bodybuilding. Even though he has hinted at a comeback multiple times, there is still no news about his return. However, he appears absolutely jacked, as he recently posted an Instagram video.
