Kali Muscle never goes out of the trending list when it comes to some new advice on nutrition. After his fruit-only challenges, the bodybuilder had to face many backlashes from fans and the fitness community. But he is back again with yet another new opinion which does not put him in a good position with the community.

Kali Muscle pointed out how having fruits can be sufficient for people’s everyday diet because it has ample proteins. He also brought up the example of how people with AIDS get steroids prescribed to regain muscle. He suggested the necessity of having enough muscle mass and to keep adding fruits to the diet.

The 48-year-old bodybuilder discussed how amino acids in fruits are essential for people to build enough protein for their muscles. He stated, “Fruits, what a lot of people don’t know have amino acids. What do amino acids make? Protein.” Then he further added, “Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. That makes it, okay!”

Moreover, the bodybuilder also projected how getting enough muscles would help sustain those people who practice veganism or eat only raw food. According to Kali Muscle, greater muscle density assists in recovery when people are sick. He thus suggested the need to build muscles in order to maintain better health.

As he expressed his unconventional view that fruits contribute to muscle growth, fans responded with skepticism and started calling him out for his idiosyncratic opinions.

Fans criticize Muscle

One of the fans stated, “Ayo wtf you talking about Kali… stop this shit.” Someone else stated, “That heart attack not only made him lose some weight but made him lose some sense as well.” Yet another fan commented how Kali Muscle might be delusional. They wrote, “Welp he’s gone delusional I wish you well on your journey but misinformation is as bad as juicing your leading the ignorant down a bad path.” Another fan requested, “I like you Kali! But you’ve got to stop with the misinformation. Your platform is too big for that. Do your own research people.” Yet another fan commented, “You sound stupider by the post. Get checked out by your doc bro.”

Kali Muscle has always had opinions that have intrigued as well as infuriated the fitness community.
