Kali Muscle became a major attraction among fans because of his eccentric approach to fitness. Recently, he took the world by storm by declaring he did not consume solid food for 216 hours! That’s nine days. However, fans were worried about his new challenge.
He was seen only consuming liquids and, at one point, he revealed how he added a nip of salt to his water. Talking about the effects of the fast, he said, “I had that cramp all the way to this morning right here. Something’s going on with the body. No p**ping, no more sleep. Is terrible. I’ve been up since two.”
As he was without food for so many days, he felt “weak and fragile”. However, he did not stop going to the gym and revealed that he had his “normal strength” during his workout regime.

“I went from eating cr*p to eating air,” he chuckled. Later in the video, he was seen mixing an ‘Axe and Sledge’ supplement with water and drinking it. He mentioned it was zero calories.

What was the reason behind such a challenge? Kali Muscle didn’t seem to provide any reason. It seemed like one of his drastic diets where he usually experiments. Previously, he went six days without food with the intention of cleansing himself of toxins. In the process, he lost nine pounds. He once even went on a watermelon diet that lasted for 30 days.
However, the bodybuilding world reacted harshly to Kali Muscle’s approach. Citing the weakness he was talking about, they started showing their concerns in the comment section.
Fans worry about Muscle’s health: “What’s the point…”

One of the fans wrote, “What is the point and benefit of doing this to yourself?” “Literally everything we put in our body is poison now.” Another user commented, “Feel bad he’s actually killing himself.”
One user predicted another heart attack for Muscle and wrote, “Guy just asking for another heart attack.” Back in 2021, the bodybuilder was hospitalized for a heart attack. As per reports, it was speculated that it was a result of using steroids. As a result, the influencer advocates against using such substances.
Further, another fan expressed, “Until you know the benefits of fasting please just shut up.” Showing concern about his health, one fan wrote, “This is not the same kalimuscle now its kali not muscle at all.”
