Mr. Olympia is undoubtedly one of the most prominent and toughest bodybuilding shows in the industry. Hence, coaching individuals during their quest to lift the Sandow trophy is a journey that is more laborious than it seems. Yet, Hany Rambod has already won 24 such titles in his coaching history, and given the line-up of clients he has at hand, this number is likely to increase next season as well.

The CEO of Evogen Nutrition revealed some insights from his journey and how it truly felt when he won the very first Olympia title. He talked about how his very first win was from the IFBB Figure Olympia, and his client, Nicole Wilkins, won the title four times within five years. The transition from first Olympia to his 24th

In his latest Q&A session with Derek Lunsford, Rambod answered a fan question. He was asked how different his feelings were from the first time he won the Olympia, till this very season, where he marked his 24th win. In reply, Rambod emphasized how different both feelings were. He stated, “My first win was within the figure category, way back. And I believe that now the pressure is much much higher, in the open class obviously.”

The coach pointed out the pressure difference in both scenarios. With his wins in the open division, and his exposure to social media unlike before, the coach feels much more responsible than before. He also commented on the pressure that comes with making someone win multiple titles year after year. “So this year, trying to bring in CBum for the fifth one was also very difficult. But the pressure is much much more different,” he said.

Again very mixed emotions, because you’re very happy for one but then you’re sad for the other. But it’s much more now raw for me.”
