The latest video shared by @dynutrition, Dorian Yates talked about how to build one’s weaker body parts. Although what seemed the obvious option, Yates made sure to get rid of that very idea first. He corrected his fans by saying, “The answer is not to train it more frequently or do more exercises or more sets or more reps.” Instead, the bodybuilding beast suggested doing it with more focus and giving it a first priority in any fitness regime.

Moreover, the bodybuilder also stressed on the fact that a slow and steady motion is more helpful than pure hard work without a proper technique. He stated, “A slow and controlled motion, with emphasis on the negative in particular and a squeeze on the static. Go to failure and then, beyond. Use techniques such as extra negatives, assisted and forced reps too.”

Yates has always given his mindful guidance to young amateur bodybuilders who aspire to do something in the industry. Thus, he also talked about how ego might not be a good element in one’s personality to prosper in the sport.
