In a conversation with Lauren Zima, Liu, who is starring opposite Ryan in Barbie, said that Gosling?s fitness regimen was strict. Simu said, ?He?s, like, a gym in the morning, gym after work kinda guy.? According to the Shang Chi actor, Gosling has holistic fitness with a strict diet.
According to JOE, Ryan Gosling has a very plain and healthy diet for Barbie. It consists of foods such as plain yogurt, whole grain bread, fruits, protein shakes, rice, chicken, and more.
