The machine is used to strengthen the pectoral muscle and activate the shoulder and back muscles. Bodybuilders frequently hit cable crossover to build a shredded chest. The drill is to increase the weight only after getting comfortable with it. But as it seemed, the gym goer pushed his limits somewhat very far. In fact, he took help from his mates to grab the cable.

What was most astounding was that, even after taking help from others, he couldn’t complete a single rep. However, as soon as this video went viral on the internet, fans swarmed into the comment section to talk about it. Evidently, fans were very critical of his ego-lifting. They felt it was not necessary to go beyond his abilities just to prove himself on social media.
