Doucette has some serious comments to make on CBum’s recent physique update. Citing the weight class changes proposed by the IFBB, the coach noted, “They’ve increased the weight classes for many people at the Olympia, and so a guy like Urs Kalecinski, he can actually put on seven pounds of muscle. But Chris can’t really come in much bigger because his height was already peaked capped out.

The IFBB Pro bodybuilder predicted, “So, what we’re going to see this year is that the size of the competitors is going to be a lot closer to Chris.” But the 48-year-old coach expressed hope for CBum’s winning the title and said, “Chris was so dominant last year that if he can replicate his same conditioning, I do not see anyone beating him for any time soon.” However, Doucette didn’t rule out the negative outcome. “But could he, in fact, lose it on his fifth appearance, and the answer is yes,” the YouTuber said.

If he does not bring home the conditioning, if he does not get shredded, and relaxes, so to speak, says, ‘Oh I got this in the bag!’ I got to shoo him! He will not win!” Doucette remarks. The coach is upset with the latest physique update of CBum when it comes to conditioning. Earlier, Doucette shared his thoughts on the 4x Mr. Olympia’s retirement.

The Canadian bodybuilding icon shared an emotional post revealing how challenging it was to start this year’s training for Mr. Olympia. However, CBum assured his fans, that he would compete in the upcoming event. But Doucette thinks the 28-year-old bodybuilding icon’s retirement is nearing.

The coach cited the underlying health condition of CBum for his impending retirement. “Chris Bumstead has an autoimmune disease, which makes it even harder for him to compete and take the things he needs to take in order to win the title,” Doucette said in his earlier video.
