Fitness challenges are all the rage right now in the bodybuilding and fitness world. Many YouTubers and athletes are seen doing different and bizarre challenges on YouTube that fans love to see. Australian YouTuber, Laurie Shaw took a 30-day challenge of doing a hundred Burpees. He did training intensely in Muay Thai, Krav Maga, Olympic sprinting, and running to see how much progress he could make in the challenge in one month.?

While traveling and not getting proper gym time, sure decided to do a hundred reps of burpees every single day for one month. Generation Iron recently uploaded his incredible achievement, but the fans had something else to say.

In the YouTube video, he chronicles his whole journey of achieving 100 burpees in the least amount of time possible. One particular day, he completed a hundred Burpees in 10 minutes and 40 seconds. This is already an amazing time, but Shaw wants to improve it in the future.

According to Men?s Health, he was quoted as saying, “Some days you’ll certainly feel more on top of it, and some days are harder.? At no point does the burpees get any easier, but the fitness YouTube achieves his challenge. He also mentioned, ?But day to day, the actual difference in progress wasn’t so noticeable, and in that way, it became more of a mental game.”

The fitness star achieved this mental game and completed his challenge. However, the fans were not very impressed because they were more concerned with his health.

The people who commented on the Instagram post by Generation Iron were disappointed because there was no visible progress in his physique. One netizen said, ?It did nothing. He improved his time of course. The end,? while another person said a very sensitive and harsh thing, ?He then committed sui*** due to realising it was a faster solution than torturing himself with that horror.??

Another follower was frustrated and wrote, ?No one gives a shit about cross-fit crap.? A follower was unimpressed and said, ?And again, nobody cares.?
