However, the latest video of the bodybuilding icon from India has fans concerned about his health. In the latest Instagram video, Coleman spoke about the last stop of his 2023 India tour in Delhi. The 59-year-old invited people to join him and bodybuilder Kate Austin. However, most fans commented on how Coleman looked in the video.

Ronnie Coleman is tied for the most Mr. Olympia victories with Lee Haney. The bodybuilder gave everything he had to his bodybuilding career. However, The King ran into a plethora of health issues. Despite getting injured during his career, Coleman opted out of getting surgery until he had retired. Today, after over a dozen corrective surgeries, the 59-year-old remains wheelchair-bound.

While Coleman can walk with assistance, he requires stem-cell therapy to combat the constant pain from spine fusions and hip replacements. In the video, the 59-year-old bodybuilding legend did not speak much and looked away from the camera while Kate Austin informed fans about their venue in Delhi, India. Bodybuilding fans noticed Ronnie Coleman in the video and speculated about his health in the comments.

Bodybuilding fans don’t think Coleman looks healthy
Fans noticed that Ronnie Coleman looked tired and zoned out in the video. “Ronnie is faded bruh,” wrote one fan whilst adding a crying emoji to his comment. Another fan made a similar comment. “He looks in pain… his health seems to be deteriorating fast,” commented the concerned fan. Meanwhile, one fan thought the 59-year-old looked older than his age.

“Ronnie is NOT that old but geez,” the fan wrote. “Stay healthy Ronnie!” commented another concerned fan. However, one fan commented about how Coleman, despite his health issues, still inspires people across the globe. “Met him in Goa. Your words are motivating not just for competitive bodybuilders but for regular guys on how to tackle big hurdles in life,” he wrote. He added that Coleman “has conquered pain and is an inspiration for us.”

While fans of the bodybuilding legend might feel concerned for him, Coleman wrote in the caption of his post that the upcoming event in Dehli, India, will be “off the chain.”
