Chris Bumstead recently uploaded a video on his YouTube channel titled “THE END IS HERE | SHOW DAY FINALE”. In the video, where he can be seen talking about his Mr Olympia 2023 journey, his girlfriend Courtney Alexis King shared a few appreciative words about the champion’s struggles. The video showed the before and after moments of CBum winning the Mr Olympia title for the 5th time.

His girlfriend, taking the opportunity to reveal about his dedication and hard work, said, “He felt his pain physically, emotionally. But he was still able to be like, ‘I’m going to do this head down’. So he was, he was very present even during the pain and it made it like, it made his journey, I feel, so much more special and being able to soak up all the good, all the bad, everything.”
