In the interview with ‘Escape Fitness,’ Kali talked about the same, and a video he recently watched that shook him completely. He even explained this bit with an example of an Indian guy who helped him get a different perspective on food.

Continuing further, Muscle revealed,?“I just came across a video yesterday, this Indian guy…rest in peace? he died in his late 90s. They didn’t believe he didn’t eat for 70 years or drink water. So they asked Could they put him in a room and just watch him.”?Adding to this, Kali said,?“[He] didn?t eat or drink water for 15 days?didn?t p**p didn?t urinate nothing. And I’m just like, whatever we’ve been taught about food and needs like is a fallacy.”
Since his cardiac arrest, food is not the only thing towards which Kali’s approach has changed.?Weight training is also something that often overwhelms Kali. He revealed in a video on his official YouTube channel that the man who once went super heavy with weights is now often scared of them.?

It probably won’t come as a surprise that using steroids and PEDs leads to stronger lifts in the gym. Kali Muscle has been open about the fact that he used to blast a ton of steroids to improve his physique and numbers on various exercises. However, following his heart attack, Kali Muscle had to stop his intake of steroids. As a result, his PRs also declined. In a video posted by him, he stated,?“I am scared of weights now.”?He looked back at his prime days and said,?“I was just thinking just a second ago, man, I used to go like five wheels on it, I look back like, why?”

During his prime, the 48-year-old weighed over 245 lbs and could easily do bodyweight movements like muscle ups.??Somebody asked me what would I tell my 30 years self. I didn?t know what bodybuilding even was till I was 34,??said the bodybuilder and author. According to the bodybuilding veteran, the first thing he would do is advise his younger self against using steroids.
