From connecting meal timings to cardiovascular diseases to maintaining the sleep test, he also shared facts based on a recent study. It stated that people who eat their first and last meals, earlier in the day, are less prone to cardiovascular diseases. He wrote, Specifically, people who have their first meal before 8 am and their last meal before 8 pm tend to have a lower risk than those who eat their first meal after 9 am and their last meal after 9 pm.”

Even though the study did not assess cause and effect, it took other factors into account, like people having unhealthy habits like eating later. It is reliable because it was conducted with more than 100,000 people, and it isn’t the first study that says something. Having meals before 9 am and 9 pm gives out better sleep quality, circadian rhythm regularity, and blood pressure, which are all related to cardiovascular health. He wrote, The data suggests that people who eat their first meal after 9 am are 6 percent more likely to develop cardiovascular disease — and that increases by 6 percent every additional hour without eating“.
